When you submit an inquiry, propose a program, ask about a partnership or join our mailing list, we collect what you type into that form — typically your name, email address, and details about the gathering you have in mind. We also record basic referral information (the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you followed) so we understand how people find us.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to plan and run gatherings, and — if you joined the mailing list — to send occasional updates about programming. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host this site and our database.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for planning and follow-up. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — use the inquiry form and say so, and we will action it.
Analytics
We measure page views and form completions in aggregate so we can improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
